Harmony has a background in social innovation and finance. Before joining JRF she completed a one-year Social Innovation Fellowship with Year Here as part of the 2021/22 cohort. Harmony also worked in the Corporate Debt Advisory Team at Rothschild & Co for several years where she mainly advised FTSE 350 companies and large UK Housing Associations on their debt structure, credit ratings and debt raises. At JRF, Harmony helps to manage and develop JRF’s social investment portfolio that we invest into charities and social enterprises committed to solving poverty in the UK.

The escalating cost of living crisis led us to consider what more we can do to help alleviate the immediate need. One action that stands out is promoting the real Living Wage among our investees and the wider social enterprise and impact investment sector.
