Adél Schofield

Quantitative Insight Manager
Adél started her career at the research agency Ipsos MORI before moving to the National Autistic Society and Family Fund, a grant-making charity supporting families on low-incomes raising disabled or seriously ill children and young people. Since 2023 she has focussed on creating quantitative insight infrastructure that anyone can use or improve. She works with different people and organizations to uncover new data, make existing data easier to understand, and explore how experimental data can help address injustice and inequality in the UK.

Since joining JRF in 2019, she has also overseen the Minimum Income Standards programme of work, which has been conducted by the Centre for Research in Social Policy at Loughborough University since 2006.
