JRF, Leeds City Council and Leeds City Region are working together to understand why some people and parts of cities remain cut off from the prosperity and jobs that economic growth can bring – and what can be done about it.

We’ve called this partnership ‘More jobs, better jobs’, because we recognise that the quality of jobs matters as much as the number of jobs.
