Entry to, and progression in, work
People from ethnic minority groups are more likely to be unemployed than white British people and are over-represented in poorly paid and unstable jobs.
This Solutions presents policy solutions to support entry into, and progression in, work for ethnic minority groups, based on qualitative and quantitative evidence generated by the Joseph Rowntree Foundation’s Poverty and Ethnicity programme.
