Tilly is a Senior Policy Adviser at JRF, leading the organisation's work on climate justice. Previously, Tilly worked at Citizens Advice on consumer, housing and energy policy with a specific focus on the experiences of marginalised groups. She has also spent time at a London-based environmental charity delivering environmental education and green space improvement projects in communities across the city. Tilly has an MSc in Nature, Society and Environmental Governance.
