Melissa Polkey

Melissa is the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Officer at JRF. Alongside the Head of EDI, she supports the organisation to fulfil its equity ambitions. Melissa leads work on our internal staff networks and accessibility, which also spans across Joseph Rowntree Housing Trust.

Melissa joined JRF in 2022 and has a background in visual arts, with a Masters in stained glass conservation. An interest in social justice and her own queer identity drew her towards her current role.
